Deadlines

August 1                  Roster Opens

October 15              Roster Due (via FFA.org & submitted for state approval)

                                     AND

                                     POA due to Executive Director (mckena.wallentine@usu.edu)

                                     POAs can be submitted in the following ways:

                                            -Email attachment

                                            -AET (preferred) If you choose to submit through AET, simply send me an                                                                                                                       email letting me know your POA is ready to be checked off. 

November 1           Affiliation Agreement due to Executive Director (if chapter is changing to affiliated)

November 1           Initial dues payment received (Utah FFA Association, 2300 Old Main Hill Logan, UT 84322)

March 1                    Spring supplemental Roster Due (via FFA.org & submitted for state approval)

March 15                 Dues payment received (Utah FFA Association, 2300 Old Main Hill Logan, UT 84322)

July 31                      Membership Year Closes
