The Utah FFA Foundation builds partnerships with industry, education, government, foundations and individuals to secure resources for the future of education, agriculture and student leader development. The Utah FFA Foundation is a 501(c)(3), non-profit, tax-exempt organization. It was established in 1986 and is managed by a Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees is made up of individuals, dedicated to ensuring the growth and stability of the Utah FFA Foundation. 

Utah FFA Foundation Mission

The Utah FFA Foundation is an independent organization devoted to accomplishing the aims of the FFA mission: “To make a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education.” The Utah FFA Foundation will ensure the success of the total program of Agricultural Education in Utah by:

  • Providing recognition to Utah FFA members

  • Supporting the work of the Utah FFA Association

  • Supporting local FFA chapters and members

  • Supporting Teachers of Agriculture

Programs currently receiving Foundation funding include:

  • Recognition of State Winners in Competitive Events

  • State Officer Training, Expenses and Leadership Activities

  • State FFA Degrees, State Star Award Program and Proficiency Awards

  • State FFA Convention support including Facilities, Workshops, Career Development Events, Awards and more

  • Scholarships

  • Other Special Recognition and Special Projects
